We believe that people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, like everybody else, deserve to be treated with respect. Respect is the main reason why we, at Latter Rain, offer the services that we do in the first place – because we want those who are living with disabilities to have the life they deserve. It is our goal to make sure they are treated with equality, like all the other members of the community.

Without respect, our team would not be able to provide the quality services they are known for. We put high emphasis on this core value because it allows us to work together as a group of professionals who are confident in each other’s skills and inherent abilities to provide residential housing and support to the intellectually disabled in the community. Those who have intellectual disabilities should have the freedom to choose their own homes, to participate in recreational activities, to enjoy their time, and to live their lives the way they want.
